It’s official … we have a hotel and date for our 2006 reunion…. ISB Alumni are going to be “Rolling, rolling, rolling on the River” in San Antonio , Texas , July 27 – 30,2006.
We have included Thursday as an official day of the Reunion because so many arrive for our biennial Thai Dinner. We hope that you will be joining us so please read what follows and REGISTER FOR THE REUNION NOW! You can always cancel later if your plans change and you find that you can’t make it.

Reunion Fees and Hotel Reservations are two separate transactions.
You must pay your reunion fees before you are considered officially on the WHO'S COMING LIST!
Why not have a look at the Reunion Registration List to check out Who's Coming and then make your online registration found on our Reunion Registration page. If you prefer not to pay by credit card you can print our manual registration form and mail it to our Treasurer at the address on the form.
Our room block was released back to the hotel on June 26, 2006. Hotel rate are now $159 per room up from our discount of $99. Remember that your hotel reservation is held by credit card, but no charges are incurred until the day you checkout of the hotel – even more incentive to make your reservation today!

To Riverwalk With El Tropicano!
The El Tropicano Riverwalk hotel is currently undergoing a $12 Million renovation and will be ready and waiting for us. We plan to have the Thursday night Thai dinner at the hotel in the area fronting the river. The public rooms along the river have been reserved for us for our Teen Club and the bar area has our name written all over it – it’s large, it’s open, and it fronts the river with an outside deck. The pool decking is the largest available in the Riverwalk area and will be a great place to catch some rays and relax with friends. If being in the sun doesn’t suit 
you, the public area along the river is both outside on a deck in the shade or inside overlooking the river and air-conditioned – something for everyone.

The El Tropicano Riverwalk is pleased to confirm the following group rates:

The above rates are valid three days prior to and three days following our reunion dates of July 27 – 30, 2006 .
The rates quoted are special group discount rate. **Please note that rates are exclusive of tax, which is presently 16.75% and is subject to change.**
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Reservations are to be made on an individual basis. When calling the reservations office, please identify yourself as being with the ISB NETWORK. This will ensure that you receive the group rate and that the ISBN guest room block is credited.
The hotel’s direct dial number is 210-223-9461. If you wish to request a poolside room that opens onto the pool decking or a room overlooking the pool, be sure to reserve early. They are available on a first come, first served basis. Only a limited number are available and they should go quickly. Additionally, suites are available as long as they last. If a particular group wants one, it is best to get a reservation in ASAP. One is on the pool deck and the rest are on the 9 th floor.
The hotel agrees to hold our room block until Monday, June 26, 2006 . After that, any unsold rooms will be released and revert back to the Hotel for general sale. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be on a space available basis only, at the prevailing room rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any individual cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be billed for one (1) night room and tax.
BILLING POLICY
The hotel understands that each individual will be responsible for his/her own room, plus tax and incidentals.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm Check-out time is 12:00 Noon
PARKING
The current daily parking charges are as follows and are subject to change without notice:
- Self parking rate has been discounted to $4.00
- Valet is $14.00
- Bus parking is $25.00
DAMAGE POLICY
The individual customer (not the ISB NETWORK organization) is responsible for any damage, loss, or liability incurred by the Hotel by any of the customer’s guests, or any persons or organizations contracted by the customer to provide any services or goods during or after the reunion. The customer agrees to pay the Hotel for any damages incurred within fifteen (15) days after departure from the Hotel.
