Scottsdale 2025 REUNION FAQ

Q: How do I register for the ISB Network 2025 Reunion?

The registration process is two-fold:

  1. Reserve your Hotel room NOW!
  2. Register for the Reunion.

Hotel reservations can be made NOW. You have until June 27, 2025, to make your hotel reservation to receive the special room rate. Please see the provided links.

Official reunion dates are Friday, July 25, to Sunday, July 27, 2025.  The Room Block will be good from Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to Wednesday, July 30, 2025.  

The Room Rate is $154.00 plus taxes for run-of-the-house rooms.

  • You will see a calendar once you reach the “Welcome to The Scott Resort and Spa” page.  Use the arrow on the right side of the page, to scroll to July 2025.  Then you can select the dates you wish to stay for the reunion.

Rates: $154.00 + taxes for run-of-the-house rooms (includes free Wi-Fi, waived resort fees).

Note: You will be required to provide a credit card which will be kept on file. You will not be charged until you check-in at the hotel. 

Q: How do I register and pay the ISBN Reunion fees?

Q: How much is the reunion registration fee?

The Early Bird Reunion Rates for June 23, 2024, through December 31, 2024, are as follows:

  • $275/Sustaining Members, Spouses, and Guests, and $150 for a child 12 and under. 
  • $295/Members, Spouses, and Guests, and $150 for a child 12 and under. 
  • $340/Non-members, Spouses, and Guests, and $150 for a child 12 and under. 
The Reunion Rates for January 1, 2025, through May 31, 2025, are as follows:
  • $300.00/Sustaining Members, Spouses, and Guests, and $150 for a child 12 and under.
  • $320.00/Members, Spouses, and Guests, and $150 for a child 12 and under.
  • $360.00/Non-members, Spouses, and Guests, and $150 for a child 12 and under. 

The Reunion Rates for June 1, 2025, through the Reunion are as follows:

  • $325.00/Sustaining Members, Spouses, and Guests, and $150 for a child 12 and under.
  • $345.00/Members, Spouses, and Guests, and $150 for a child 12 and under.
  • $385.00/Non-members, Spouses, and Guests, and $150 for a child 12 and under.

Q: Does the hotel offer a shuttle to and from the airport?

No.  You can utilize the Bulletin Board to post that you are looking for a ride from and to the Sky Harbor Airport; both Lyft and Uber operate in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and are easy and quick options. 

Q: I can only attend part of the reunion events. Do I have to pay the full reunion fee?

A la carte pricing will be available and announced as the reunion draws closer. Please email Teresa Martin, director.reunions@isbnetwork.com, for pricing and payment details.

Q: Is membership with the ISB Network included in the reunion registration?

No! Your registration fees are separate from your membership fees. To become a member of the ISB Network go to www.isbnetwork.com

Q: Do I have to become a member to attend the reunion?

No! Although, we hope you will become a member of the ISB Network, and we welcome you to attend and look forward to seeing you in Scottsdale and at future reunions!

Q: Do I have to be a graduate of ISB to attend the reunion or join the ISB Network?

No! The ISB Network welcomes and embraces all alumni, whether you attended ISB for one day or 12 years! We also welcome your friends, relatives, and guests as part of our ISB Alumni family.

Q: What activities can I expect?

• Friday night cocktail party*
• Saturday night banquet (dinner and dancing)*
• Sunday morning breakfast*
• Teen Club open mic and live music by alumni
• House Games competition
• Shopping at The Shack Mercantile
• Browsing the ISB Archives
• Parties in the class suites

*Denotes what the reunion fee covers which are primarily the catered events, entertainment, liability insurance, reunion badges, equipment rental, archival shipping, giveaways, etc.

Q: Is the Thursday night Thai Dinner included in the reunion fees?

No.  We hope to offer a Thursday night Thai Dinner.  The Thai Dinner will be an additional cost.

Q: Are party suites available?

Yes! Keep checking back for updates.

Q: Is there parking available at the hotel?

Yes!  There is complimentary self-parking.  It is uncovered and surrounds the guest rooms.  You will be able to drive to and park by your room. There is also an option to valet.  

Q: What is the cancellation policy for the reunion fees?

To receive a full refund for your paid registration fee(s), you must have canceled in writing before April 1, 2025.

Cancellations received after April 1, 2025, through June 1, 2025, will be considered for a refund after the reunion but only to the extent that funds are available.

You can request consideration for a refund in writing to Teresa Martin,  director.reunions@isbnetwork.com

Cancellations after June 1, 2025, will not be refunded.

****Note**** Paypal transactions after 180 days are not refundable through Paypal. Any transaction that can’t be refunded through Paypal will be refunded via check less any PayPal transaction fees.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for my hotel room?

You are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation directly through the hotel. Room cancellations received by the hotel less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be billed for one (1) night room and tax.

NOTE: If you must cancel your room, please let us know prior to canceling so that we may preserve your room in our room block for someone else. Contact Teresa Martin  director.reunions@isbnetwork.com.

Q: What is the cancellation/refund policy for my Thai Dinner?

There is a possibility that we may be able to refund the Thai Dinner if we can sell your seat to someone else.

Q: I am looking for a roommate.

Please reference the Bulletin Board.  There is a discussion thread started for anyone to post that they have a room they are willing to share or that you are looking to share a room.  Contact Teresa Martin, director.reunions@isbnetwork.com if you have any questions.

Q: Does the ISB Network make any profit from my reunion fees?

Typically not, but any profits that occur will be used to enhance future reunions.

Q: Is there a schedule of events for the reunion?

TBA…. Keep checking the website for updates on all the reunion activities!

Q:  I’d like to volunteer at the reunion.  Who do I contact?

Q: What stores are close to the hotel?

Shopping opportunities include Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale, and all up and down Scottsdale Road.  Convenience and grocery stores include Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Trader Joes, Basha’s, Safeway and Albertsons.  Costco and Total Wine & Beverage are a short drive.

Q:  What can we do in Scottsdale if we come early and stay late?

Scottsdale (Phoenix and surrounding areas) offers everything you can imagine to do in the summer, from Top Golf and more golf courses than you can play in a year, to professional baseball, spending time at the Musical Instrument Museum, the largest of its kind in the world, shopping at the world-class Fashion Square, visiting Old Town Scottsdale where you can walk through the “Wests Most Western Town,” enjoy wonderful dining of all cuisines, shop, visit Frank Lloyd Wright’s fascinating Taliesin West, western art museums and other cultural outlets.  Hike the many trails, tube down the Salt River, and venture out to surrounding areas such as Cave Creek to watch barrel racing and rodeos.  Drive north to beautiful Sedona, haunted Jerome, and enjoy wineries in Cottonwood.
