Seas the Day 2027  REUNION FAQ

Q: How do I register for the ISB Network 2027 Reunion?

Official cruise dates are Friday, July 16, to Monday, July 19, 2027.  The Room Block at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Orlando Airport Hotel will be good from Monday, July 13, to Tuesday, July 20, 2027.  

The registration process is threefold:

  1. Reserve your CABIN withLloyd Coleman by  May 1, 2027
  2. Reserve your pre-cruise hotel room by June 15, 2027
  3. Register for ALL Reunion a la carte options by June 15, 2027

Doubletree by Hilton, Orlando Airport Hotel reservations can be made NOW. We will gather at this hotel on Thursday, July 15, for a pre-cruise Bon Voyage Party. If you are not cruising, you can still attend this event to enjoy an evening reconnecting with your ISB friends.  

You have until Tuesday, June 15, 2027, to make your hotel reservation to receive the special room rate. Please see the provided links.  The room block will be good from Monday, July 13, 2027, to Tuesday, July 20, 2027.  

The Room Rate is $159.00 plus taxes for run-of-the-house rooms.

  • Complimentary Buffet breakfast
  • Complimentary self-parking (available while on the cruise)
  • Complimentary wireless internet in guest rooms
  • Complimentary shuttle to/from Orlando International Airport
  • Complimentary shuttle within one mile to/from area restaurants/bars/shopping 
  • Complimentary use of the fitness center

Note: You will be required to provide a credit card, which will be kept on file. You will not be charged until you check in at the hotel. 

Q: How do I register and pay the ISBN Reunion fees?

      À la carte options will include the following choices: 

  • Thursday night Bon Voyage party at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Orlando Airport ($75.00)
  • Bus transportation from the hotel to Port Canaveral and return to the hotel ($40.00)
  • ISB Reunion Cruise Registration Fee:  Sustaining Members and guests ($80.00); Members and guests ($95.00); Non-members and guests ($115.00).
  • Reunion T-shirt ($15.00)

The ISB Reunion Cruise Registration Fee applies only to people going on the cruise

The cruise reunion registration fee primarily covers the Friday Night ISB All Aboard Welcome Reception, liability insurance, reunion badges, shipping, and giveaways.

Q: Does the hotel offer a shuttle to and from the airport?

Yes.  It is available 24 hours a day.  When you arrive, call the hotel to arrange your pick-up. 

Q: I can only attend part of the reunion events. Do I have to pay the full reunion fee?

See à la carte options above. 

Q: Is membership with the ISB Network included in the reunion registration?

No! Your registration fees are separate from your membership fees. To become a member of the ISB Network, go to www.isbnetwork.com

Q: Do I have to become a member to attend the reunion?

No! We hope you will become a member of the ISB Network, and we look forward to seeing you in Orlando, on the cruise, and at all future reunions!

Q: Do I have to be a graduate of ISB to attend the reunion or join the ISB Network?

No! The ISB Network welcomes and embraces all alumni, whether you attended ISB for one day or 12 years! We also welcome your friends, relatives, and guests as part of our ISB Alumni family

Q:  Are party suites available?

On Thursday night, a hospitality suite will be open at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Orlando Airport Hotel.

Q: Is there parking available at the hotel?

Yes!  There is complimentary uncovered self-parking.  There is also an option to valet for a fee. Self-parking is available from Monday, July 13, to Tuesday, July 20, 2027.  

Q: What is the cancellation policy for the reunion fees?

To receive a full refund for your paid registration fee(s), you must have canceled in writing before May 1, 2027.  

Cancellations received after May 1, 2027, through June 1, 2027, will be considered for a refund after the reunion, but only to the extent that funds are available.

Cancellations after June 1, 2027, will not be refunded.

****Note**** PayPal transactions after 180 days are not refundable through PayPal. Any transaction that can’t be refunded through PayPal will be refunded via check, less any PayPal transaction fees.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for my hotel room at the DoubleTree by Hilton?

You are responsible for canceling your DoubleTree reservation directly through the hotel. Room cancellations received by the hotel less than 72 hours before arrival will be billed for one (1) night’s room and tax.

NOTE: If you must cancel your room, please let us know prior to canceling so that we may preserve your room in our room block for someone else. Contact Teresa Martin .

Q:  What is included in my cruise fare?

  • Accommodations (stateroom:  interior, oceanview, balcony, or suite)

Q:  What is NOT included in my cruise fare?

Dining in speciality restaurants and snacking at cafes and lounges, “steakhouse selections” in the main dining room, pizza anywhere delivery, 24-hour room service, alcoholic and some non-alcoholic beverages, speciality coffees, bottled water, energy drinks, sodas (unless you buy Bottomless Bubbles or Cheers), gambling in the casino, spa treatments, internet packages, photos & photo packages, and shore excursions. 

Q:  What cruise ship gratuities will I need to pay?  These are 2026 suggestions for tipping.

  • $16.00 per person, per day for standard statements
  • $18.00 per person, per day for suites
  • This covers the dining team, stateroom attendants, and other service staff
  • Bar purchases automatically add an 18% gratuity
  • You can prepay before departure

Q:  Will my mobile phone work at sea?

  • Your phone will connect to Cellular at Sea, which is VERY expensive (roaming charges).
  • Calls, texts, and data can cost $2–$10+ per minute/MB depending on your carrier.

Q:  Are emergency medical services available on the cruise?

Q: Does the ISB Network make any profit from my reunion fees?

Typically not, but any profits that occur will be used to enhance future reunions.

Q: Is there a schedule of events for the reunion?
